When you purchase a digital product from VLD, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the purchased materials for your own personal, noncommercial use, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

You may: download and save your purchased files for your personal use; print copies for your own use and organization; complete the binder with your own personal, family, financial, medical, emergency, and other relevant information; share your completed personal information or relevant pages with your own family members, trusted representatives, or professional advisers when appropriate for your personal planning; and make reasonable personal backup copies of purchased files for your own use.

These permissions do not authorize you to distribute blank templates, the original digital files, or substantially complete copies of the product to other people. If you want to use VLD materials in a business, organization, class, professional practice, or commercial setting, please obtain written permission or a separate license first.

Vital Life Documents takes the protection of its original work seriously. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or public posting of protected materials may violate these Terms & Conditions and applicable intellectual property laws.

Where legally available and appropriate, VLD reserves the right to request removal of unauthorized copies, seek injunctive relief, pursue legally available damages, and take other appropriate steps to protect its intellectual property. Digital products are delivered electronically through the method described at checkout, such as a download link or delivery email. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, maintaining access to your account or email, and using compatible equipment and software to access and print your files.
